We are Water and Wood

We are Dr Leslie Solomonian ND and Dr Lachlan Crawford ND.

We started Water and Wood out of a shared love of going beyond the one-on-one patient model of wellness, and a
collective desire to make more of an impact on the world. Through discussions and aha-moments, we found
we are so alike, yet we approach our shared goals in different ways, with different strengths.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are 5 constitutions that serve as loose descriptors of personal character types

Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood

Leslie is like Wood.   Wood is strong, growth-oriented, courageous, adventurous, and firm.
Lachlan is like Water.  Water is deep, flowing, patient, curious, introspective, and calm.

Together, we blend our Water and Wood characteristics into a harmonious and mutually supportive partnership.

Our complimentary styles help us serve diverse groups, build upon the unique strengths of others,
and ignite individuals and companies to become agents of positive cultural change.
