Organizational Wellness

Our team is composed of two naturopathic doctors with unique experience in adult education and public health. There is strong evidence for the benefit of both naturopathic medicine and group-based programs for individual health outcomes and organizational productivity.

From nature immersion to conflict resolution workshops, we apply our skills as naturopathic doctors, experienced teachers, and wilderness guides to respond to your goals. The final experience is individualized, interactive and experiential; participants leave with practical ways to immediately embody what they’ve discovered.  Engaging in this process as a group catalyzes compassion, builds trust, and amplifies motivation in a way that one-on-one work rarely does.

How does it work?

Your adventure starts with a discovery session to identify opportunities for growth (ie. challenges that need attention), collaboratively set goals, and define desired outcomes/objectives for the experience.  Previous clients have shared some common trouble spots; do any sound familiar?

  • Working virtually has impacted work-life balance
  • The barrage of bad news affects mental health
  • Lack of skills, time or capacity to prioritize optimal diet, movement and sleep habits
  • Stress and tension creating non-productive conflict

We have identified key pillars of well-being that we draw on to create unique programs.  Some pillars depend on others; some can be explored independently.  We will customize each pillar and the experience overall for your group’s needs.

Our organization has a mandate of social and environmental responsibility

We are thrilled to hear that!  We seek clients that choose to work with us not only for their own benefit, but as means of social and ecological responsibility; partnering with us enables us to provide our services to organizations that serve marginalized individuals and advocate for systemic change.   Previous beneficiaries include:

  • Toronto Public Library
  • Northern Farm Training Institute and K'atl'odeeche First Nation
  • The Thrive program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine
  • Evergreen Center for street-involved youth (Yonge Street Mission)
  • Extinction Rebellion
  • Ontario Early Years Centers
Does our extended benefits program cover your services?

If your organization offers coverage for naturopathic medicine, we may be able to provide invoices for individual naturopathic services.  Talk to us about specifics.
